Is a multi-layerd video research that contains natural, artificial and absurd elements. A video project realized in the Choreography Major course in SEAD during pandemic Apr 2020. It disassembles the given research title ‘Absence of People’ into following bits of questions:

 

How can a body represent absence on a screen? Mentally, physically, locationally, eternally? What or who is absent specifically?

Special thanks for inspiration to friends such as Marlen Frieß (sound advice), Richard Wagner (absent artists reflections) and to Abdelkader Ouchéne, who made his first explorations towards the emerging 8D sound technique with the sounds Lena recorded for this video work, in and outsidee of her flat in Salzburg Austria.
